(They’re a vision, not a delivery promise.) 7- No, the contractor won’t just figure it out. (Drawings exist for a reason.) 8- Budget. Be honest with it. (We can’t make a Pinterest mansion on a instagram reel budget) 9- This one’s for every designer who has stayed quiet through- ( • 78 mood boards later • Can we make it bigger by 3 Inches? • Let’s reduce cost without changing anything) 10- Let’s be Honest and Realistic Save it- Share it- and Whisper it at site meetings.
