Gaav ki zindagi… jise kabhi samjha hi nahi tha, aaj sabse zyada yaad aati hai. Bachpan me jab bhi koi shehar se aata tha, mmy se kehti thi – ‘Papa ko kya zarurat hai itna sab karne ki? Yeh khet, yeh dairy, yeh subah 4 baje uthna… iss sab me kya rakha hai?’ Papa ke paas uss waqt bhi 200+ bigha zameen thi, apni property thi — aur aaj bhi hai, aur usse bhi zyada hai. Kaam khud kabhi nahi kiya, par har roz workers ke saath lagte the. Us waqt lagta tha – “Itni mehnat kyun? Shehar me soft life kyu nahi choose ki?” Par mummy kehti thi – “Shaadi ke baad samajh aayega.” Aur sach me, jab zindagi sheher ki race me ulajh gayi, tab samajh aaya ki gaav ki mitti ka sukoon priceless hota hai. Aaj jab kabhi chhutti milti hai aur gaaon jaati hu, toh dil vahi bachpan ke din dhoondta hai. Vo aunty ka chulhe pe bana hua khana, vo chatni, vo roti – uss taste ka muqabla koi five star nahi kar sakta.
