
Cheesy spinach balls airfryer version. Protien rich healthy snacks for kids and family too. ➡️INGREDIENTS: 1cup chopped spinach ½ cup boiled sweetcorn ½ cup boiled chickpeas ½ cup besan 3 to 4 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt ➡️FOR FILLING: 1 cup grated cheese(mozzarella & cheddar mix)or any one type 1 teaspoon chilli flakes or crushed black pepper 1½teaspoon Chilli powder (optional) ➡️COATING:Bread crumbs ➡️RECIPE: Into a vessel add 2 cups water,add spinach boil & keep aside. ✅️Instead of boiled chickpeas, you can add ½ cup paneer. Now into a mixer jar, add spinach,sweetcorn, boiled chickpeas or paneer,garlic cloves & salt. Grind it into a coarse mixture. Transfer it into a mixing bowl and add besan. Mix it together & keep aside. Now into a separate bowl, add grated cheese,chilli flakes, or crushed pepper , and chilli powder mix it well. Now take a small portion of the spinach mixture, put some of the cheese, and make small balls out of it. Give it a coating with bread crumbs.
