Throughout my life, I maintained a social help desk for everyone in need. However, I've recently made the difficult decision to discontinue it. In the past, I was always willing to lend a hand, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, the people I readily helped when they were busy seem to be unavailable or making excuses when I need their assistance. This has led me to prioritize those who are there for me in return. While my approach has become more selective in recent days, this change will be permanent. If anyone takes issue with this, they are welcome to end our communication. Their absence will not go unnoticed, but it will be manageable. *Note-* You might be wondering why I'm sharing this. My purpose is to encourage you to identify those in your life who are genuinely your own, not just fair-weather friends.
