Monday Blues… but make it Pisa ,Italy🇮🇹✨ Some Mondays feel heavy… but then I remember this beautiful day in Pisa, and suddenly the blues don’t feel so bad. 💙 We travelled from Milan for a day, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the easiest and most scenic day trips ever. 🚆 How we reached: We took a direct train from Milan to Pisa — comfortable, quick, and perfect for a relaxed day trip. The journey takes around 3–3.5 hours, and once you reach Pisa Centrale, everything is just a short walk or quick bus ride away. ✨ About Pisa Pisa is a charming historic city in Italy’s Tuscany region, known far beyond its famous Leaning Tower. Once a powerful maritime republic, Pisa is filled with stunning medieval architecture, beautiful squares, quiet riverside walks, and relaxed Italian vibes. The city feels compact, easy to explore, and perfect for a slow travel day — where you can wander through cobbled streets, enjoy gelato, and soak in centuries of history all in just one day. 📍 How we spent our day in Pisa: • Leaning Tower of Pisa – Of course, the iconic must-do 📸 • Piazza dei Miracoli – Beautiful open square with stunning architecture • Pisa Cathedral – Peaceful and absolutely breathtaking ⛪ • Baptistery of Pisa – Known for its incredible acoustics • Walk along the Arno River – Slow stroll, gelato in hand 🍦 • Explore charming cafes & local streets – Small town European vibes at its best What I loved most? Pisa is calm, charming, and perfect for slowing down — especially when you’re escaping those Monday blues.
