
Healthy Atta Pizza at Home 🍕✨ Craving pizza but keeping it healthy? Here’s my homemade atta pizza recipe 👇 Step 1: Activate the yeast In a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp dry yeast + ½ cup warm water. Mix well and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Step 2: Prepare the dough After 5 minutes, add 3 cups wheat flour (atta) + 1 tbsp salt + ¼ cup lukewarm water + 1 tbsp refined oil. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Step 3: Shape the base Once the dough fluffs up, shape it into a pizza base and prick it with a fork (this helps absorb flavors better). Step 4: Add toppings Spread pizza pasta sauce 🍅 Add mozzarella cheese 🧀 Top with veggies of your choice (I used capsicum & onion) Add a little tomato ketchup + more cheese (because why not? 😍) Step 5: Cook on gas Grease a steel plate with oil and place the pizza on it. Put it inside a kadhai/pan with a lid. Cover and cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes. And it’s done!
