📍Marsar lake The Marsar lake is an oligotropic alpine lake at 13,000ft. It’s also known to change colours ranging from turquoise green to the deepest shades of blue during different parts of the day. This picture is from the time we had a small window between heavy downpours to atleast see the Marsar lake. Unfortunately we couldn’t see Tarsar but given the weather I’m just grateful we reached down safely. Shoutout to Zakir bhai from Himalayan Trekkers, best guide ever if you want to go for literally any trek in Kashmir.
