That feeling - the fresh air, the freedom, the thrill of beating my personal best - sparked the idea for a run club 💫 We often chase calories in the gym, but nothing compares to connecting with nature and our community on the pavement. This club is about more than fitness; it’s about finding our rhythm together, outside. I’m off to the pageant, but get ready! We’ll be organizing our next group run the moment I’m back.
