Written in layman language, the recipes are detailed and easy to follow.Few recipes are passed down in the family while others are the outcome of her painstaking efforts and research collected carefully during her travels. I fell in love with the diversity of the recipes which captures the regional flavours of India.I recreated Bengali Lemon Chicken ( Gondhoraj Murgi) following the recipe and my family enjoyed the meal.
