Before you spend $39 on Marina Bay Sands’ observation deck — SAVE THIS! I made that mistake of paying $39 per adult (and $35 per kid) so you don’t have to. Locals will NEVER tell you BUT the best skyline views in Singapore are completely free. Here’s where to go instead: (Singapore Hidden Gems) 🟢 Free Spots 1. Marina Barrage — sit on the rooftop grass, fly a kite, and get MBS, the Supertrees and Gardens by the Bay all in one shot 2. Esplanade Roof Terrace — waterfront, breezy, zero dollars 3. CapitaSpring Sky Garden — 51st floor and it’s FREE. You literally see MBS from above. (Mon–Fri, 8:30–10:30am & 2:30–6pm) 4. National Gallery Rooftop — colonial charm with the modern skyline behind it, such a cool contrast 5. Mount Faber Park — green, peaceful, and you can see all the way to Sentosa 6. Bay East Garden — underrated. A quiet waterfront walk with the whole skyline stretched in front of you 7. Fort Canning Park — catch it at golden hour and thank me later 💰 If you want drinks with the view 8. Mr. Stork at Andaz Hotel — 39th floor rooftop bar, worth every cent 9. Nova at One Raffles Place — highest point in the city, 63 floors up 10.
