We tried the new menu at Bao To Me, a Pan Asian kitchen located in Koramangala. The Tori Katsu Sando made with breaded chicken and Japanese milk bread was one of the highlights! I loved the crunchy Prawn Mantou with prawn mixture and nutty sesame seeds. The Chicken Jhol momo with its flavor transported me back to the mountains! In main course, we tried some specialities like Chicken Dan Dan mian which features minced chicken along with crunchy peanuts. We also loved the Hainanese Chicken Rice, a comforting classic featuring tender poached chicken served with chicken-infused rice. The dessert was quite innovative - Matcha Crème Brûlée featuring a smooth, earthy custard beneath a perfectly caramelized crust!
