Wishing you all a very Happy New Year in advance ✨ This is my latest picture and no, I haven’t been hitting the gym regularly. In fact, it’s been over 2 years, with barely 20 gym days in total. So what’s the secret? Sports. Clean food. Daily movement. Some stretching. Something my coach once told me changed my mindset forever: 👉 Till 20–22, train your body as hard as you can. Those years are the building blocks. Once your structure is set, maintaining it later needs just 10% effort. People who know me from school and college know this well football days, intense training, long runs… 10–15 km runs were a piece of cake back then. That discipline still shows today. If you’re a teenager reading this listen carefully: This is your golden time. Push your limits. Build your base. Your future body depends on it. My goal isn’t bodybuilding. I just want to be fit, healthy, and confidently myself ✌🏻 I skip the gym for sports because I love it. I party. I miss workouts. Balance > obsession. Hope this year is healthier, more fun, full of learning, and confidence for all of us.
