It was indeed a royal Italian affair when Chef Simone from @shangrilasg brought in the flavours of Puglia at the Italian Pop up at Caprese @shangrilablr . The dishes were carefully crafted blending in the traditional aspect of of Italian cuisine. Every dish that was rolled out was earthy , with ingredients being fresh and aromatic. The desserts wowed everyone and every bite was so insanely delicious. The exclusive bloggers table made the experience more fun!
