Inside Kolkata’s most luxurious dining experience ✨ Finally experienced Avartana at ITC Royal Bengal and honestly… this felt less like dinner and more like a beautifully curated culinary journey. From the presentation and storytelling to the flavours, textures and service — every single detail felt thoughtfully crafted. I tried the TARA 13-course seafood menu priced at ₹5,600 per person (inclusive of taxes, excluding drinks) and it included everything from delicate seafood courses and palate cleansers to interactive desserts and the most beautiful modern interpretations of familiar Indian flavours. Some dishes genuinely surprised me, some felt nostalgic in the most luxurious way possible, and that lobster?
