An unforgettable evening of authentic Middle Eastern flavours at Al Fresco – The Grill at Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa ✨ Thank you for the warm invite to experience the Arabic Food Pop-Up by Egyptian Home Chef Mona Fouad — every dish felt like a journey straight to the heart of the Middle East. The menu was beautifully curated and packed with rich, comforting flavours. We started with a comforting bowl of Orzo Soup, followed by refreshing salads like the Chickpea Salad and Haty House Salad that were perfectly balanced and vibrant. The mains were truly the highlight — juicy Shish Tawook, indulgent Lebanese Fatteh, the flavour-packed Egyptian Caramelized Onion Chicken, and a comforting Veg Moussaka that was absolutely delicious. And the desserts… simply divine! The Mango Kunafi was crispy, creamy and addictive, while the Umali ended the meal on the sweetest traditional note. A big thank you for hosting such a beautiful culinary experience — the food, the ambience and the storytelling through flavours made the evening truly special.
