Some places don’t even look real… and Partnachklamm Gorge felt exactly like that. Walking through this narrow gorge, with crystal-blue water rushing below and sunlight sneaking through the cliffs, honestly felt like nature showing off its artwork. Fun fact? The colour of the water keeps changing at different places throughout the walk, and also during the year! This glacial water is mineral rich and it’s just divine to watch its fierce ful flow . Best time to visit: Late spring to early autumn (May–September) when the gorge is fully open and safe to explore. When you’ll see the bluest water: Go on a sunny day, preferably late morning or early afternoon, when sunlight hits the water and makes those unreal turquoise tones pop. Summer and post-snowmelt months usually give the strongest colors.
