
Both systems observe patterns. Astrology studies the tendencies you are born with. Ayurveda studies how those tendencies show up in your body, mind, and daily habits. Personally, I don’t believe one pooja, one ritual, or one offering can suddenly “fix” everything in your chart. Your routines. Your food. Your sleep. Your discipline. The way you manage your mind. It’s easy to blame circumstances, charts, or planets. But at some point you have to ask yourself: am I reinforcing these patterns every day, or am I working to balance them? Ayurveda is built on that idea - focuses on strengthening the body and correcting the habits that disturb your balance. You always have a choice — to be a victim of your habits, or to change them.
