Here is my review of Shibu Nair’s #PeacefulWellness - A Layman’s Journey This book initially looked like an autobiography of the author but only when I completed few pages is when I understood that it isn’t the case but how this could be connected with anyone’s life. This would give us an idea of how we could overcome few things which we take it as granted because nothing in this world is healthy (if it is overdone), nothing can be forced on you., to name a few. When you read books like these, if you have been suffering from some issues, you would feel good because this guides you in the path which is already traveled.
