Most parents push their kids to study harder… more books, more chapters, more homework. And that’s fine - education matters. But here’s the harsh truth: The real world doesn’t operate inside textbooks. And if we don’t give our children exposure beyond the syllabus, we’re setting them up to think small. Yesterday, I gave my child something that no classroom can offer - real-world perspective. I took them inside one of India’s biggest multi-thousand-crore brands — Haldiram’s. Not as a visitor. But as a learner. They walked through the manufacturing floor… Saw the systems… Watched the entire process — from raw materials to finished products… Experienced the discipline, the scale, the coordination behind a brand India proudly consumes every single day. And as I held their hand through the factory, watching their eyes light up at every small detail, it hit me: This is education too. Maybe the most important part of it. Because children don’t just need lessons from books… They need lessons from life. They need to understand how industries run, how teams work, how systems build brands, and how vision turns into impact. Exposure builds ambition. Books build knowledge. Our kids deserve both. I’m grateful I could give my child this opportunity - to see, to question, to learn, to dream bigger than what’s printed in any chapter.
