🌿 OM ARHM क्यो बदलता है घी का रंग? क्योंकि गाय के खाने में हर मौसम के साथ बदलाव आता है — और उसका असर सीधा घी के रंग में दिखता है। चैत्र–वैशाख: (March-April) हल्का pastel yellow — हरा चारा कम मिलता है। ज्येष्ठ–आषाढ़:( May- June) Warm yellow — carotene मध्यम, इसलिए रंग थोड़ा गहरा। श्रावण–भाद्रपद: (July-Sep) सबसे rich golden — बारिश में fresh grass और herbs सबसे ज्यादा होती हैं। आश्विन–कार्तिक:(Oct-Nov) Soft yellow to creamish — मौसम settle होता है, चारा balance हो जाता है। मार्गशीर्ष–पौष:(Dec-Jan) Creamish pale — ठंड में green fodder बहुत कम। माघ–फाल्गुन: सबसे pale yellow — dry season, carotene low। 🍃 असली वजह: Natural beta-carotene घी को रंग देता है। मौसम जितना हरा → घी उतना golden मौसम जितना सूखा → घी उतना हल्का Pure ghee हमेशा season के हिसाब से बदलता है — यही उसकी natural beauty है।
