2016 - Life changing year!! Was a CORPORATE girlie for 7 years until Mar 2016 and then zindagiii badal gayi! Left my job and took a leap of faith, gave myself 6 months to see if I could still achieve the showbiz dream I had seen as a little girl Started doing auditions for anything I came across - lifestyle shoots, TVCs, also Zee TV! I wanted to be everything - model, actor, anchor, - bas fampus bana do mujhe😂 And it worked. Made my way into some of the biggest corporate videos, tv commercials, fashion shows. The world which looked impossible to reach in 2005 due to lack of guidance and opportunity suddenly felt within reach. “Yeh sabki industry to India mein hai yahan kahan?!” is what I used to think. But it all started shaping up, right here in Dubai where I was raised ! One project after another, and then… Something massive happened! 3 auditions over 6 months and here I was- the newest anchor of @zeetvme Butterfly garden in my tummy😥🥹, interviewing the biggest of stars in my first season itself I complete a decade this year. Phew! Idk how many of you know this, before I signed my contract for Zee, a top MNC approached me for a job in a similar corporate field that I had worked in for 7 years. I declined saying Idk where this is going but I might just be changing my career path and they were taken aback😂 Im just so glad I made that choice and stood by it💕 #2016 #2016trend
