Hyderabadi style egg kurma n parata😋😋 Trying the same normal thing in many ways and many times will sure add perfection and new taste to it😃 I loved my Hyderabadi egg kurma❤️"heavenly"🤤 You wanna try !!! Absolutelyyyyy Here we go with the recipe you need! 🥚Eggs 🥚Peanuts 🥚Sesame seeds 🥚Poppy seeds 🥚Dried coconut 🥚Cashews and almonds 🥚Fried onions 🥚Whole spices(Cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick) 🥚Red chilli powder 🥚Turmeric powder 🥚Cumin powder 🥚Corriander powder 🥚Salt 🥚Tomatoe puree 🥚Green chillie 🥚Curd 🥚Mint leaves 🥚Coriander leaves First things first, boil your eggs, and peel the shell off. In a sauce pan add some oil, some turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.(on low flame so your spice powders won't burn) Now drop your egg carefully in the hot oil. Fry them a bit till the color and texture changes. Now, heat up a pan, add some roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp poppy seeds and 1 tbsp seseme seeds, 2tbsp dried coconut powder or flakes. Roast them till fragrant and golden. Let them cool a side. Now add some oil and let heat for fried onions. Now grind the roasted nuts and fried onions along with little water for paste like consistency. Now, add 6 tbsp oil in a wok and let heat. Drop your whole spices. Let crackle then add your prepared paste. Also sweep out the excess masala stuck to the jar by adding some water. Mix well. Add in a tbsp red chilli powder, 1tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tbsp cumin powder, 1tbsp coriander powder and salt to taste. Add 4 slit chillies. Mix well and close the lid on low flame and let cool for about 5 to 10min. Then you can see the oil seperated from the masala beautifully. Now add in puree of 2 medium sized tomatoes. Give it a few stirs. Add in some whisked curd. Give it a good mix. There u can see your gravy turning rich and thick. You can now add water for your desired consistency. Now let cool for 10 to 15min. There you can see the oil getting seperated and all ready. Now add in your roasted eggs, hand full of mint leaves and Coriander leaves. Cook for more 5min. There you go. Hyderabadi egg kurma is all ready. Serves good with parata or naan or any other bread😉 Adios!!
