✨ Traveling with a baby and worried about nap time? Here’s what worked for us! Managing naps on vacation can feel impossible, but with the right prep, it’s stress-free. 1. Invest in a good stroller Choose a reclinable, well-padded stroller. This is a game-changer for naps on the go because it gives your baby the comfort and posture they need. 2. Always give a full feed before nap A hungry baby won’t nap well. Make sure they have a full feed so the nap lasts longer and is more restful. 3. Carry a favorite blanket or swaddle Familiar smells = instant comfort. A favorite blanket or swaddle makes a strange environment feel safe. 4. Use portable white noise White noise helps mimic the home sleep environment and blocks outside distractions, making naps easier even in crowded places. 5. Plan your itinerary around nap times Don’t pack too much in. Keep your baby’s sleep schedule in mind—early sightseeing, nap in between, then continue activities. 6. Find a dark, quiet corner or use stroller shade Bright light overstimulates babies. A shaded area or stroller canopy helps calm them for sleep. 7. Keep a baby carrier as backup Sometimes stroller naps don’t work—a baby carrier gives comfort and closeness, perfect for tough situations. 8.
