Lunch: 🌿 Cooked Matta Rice . 🌿 Spicy Tuna Curry . 🌿Beans Carrot Stir Fry . 🌿Brined scramberry . 🌿Prawns Coconut Fry( Recipe below) # 1. In a bowl, add cleaned prawns along with: • Kashmiri chilli powder • Chilli flakes • Turmeric powder • Pepper powder • Salt • Lime juice • Coconut oil Mix everything well so the prawns are evenly coated. 2. To this, add: • Thinly sliced coconut pieces • Shallots (sliced) • Curry leaves • Chopped green chillies • Chopped ginger Mix well and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. 3. Transfer the marinated prawns to a pan. Add a little water, cover, and cook for about 2 minutes until the water evaporates. 4. Once dry, add a little coconut oil and some fresh curry leaves.
