The caramelized onion blended with chicken and spices were just mind blowing. The mutton thali had the mutton prepared in the green masala or thecha in the local language. Though spicy, one needs to try. The rasa , a traditional Kolhapuri dish,made from the meat stock is served in red and white colour to balance the meal.
