I learned that not everything is meant to be carried forever. Some people, situations, and even versions of myself were only meant to teach me, not stay with me. The tighter I held on, the heavier life became. The moment I released, I felt lighter. I learned that peace often comes at the price of attachment. That my need to control outcomes or force relationships was the very thing keeping me stuck. Letting go taught me trust: trust in timing, trust in life, and trust in myself. Most importantly, I learned that freedom begins where holding on ends. Letting go isn’t weakness - it’s strength. It’s the courage to say, “I choose myself over the weight of what no longer serves me.” 📲 swipe to check out the slides: —— 📖 The Art of Detachment — available now.
