
8 months postpartum, and this transformation has been all about effort, patience, and showing up for myself. During my pregnancy, I was super mindful of what I ate, stayed active, and practiced prenatal yoga to keep myself and my baby healthy. After my C-section, I didn’t rush to ‘bounce back.’ I started slow with light stretches after 3 months, then eased into strength training after 6 months. I began with just once a week and now try to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week.
