10-Minute Cozy Hot Pot 🍜✨ One pot, all the flavour and nutrition, low effort. Your new winter comfort bowl is HERE! Recipe: • Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup spring onions, 1 tbsp chilli oil, 2 tbsp hot sauce & 1 Maggi masala sachet. • Sauté handful of veggies (carrot juliennes, onions/sweet corn kernels) with a pinch of salt. • Pour boiling water (600 mL for one cake of noodles), add noodles & let them cook while staying soupy. • In another pan, toss (50g) shimeji mushrooms in butter + 1 tsp soy sauce. • Grill tofu marinated in soy sauce, chilli flakes, oregano, sesame seeds & any sauce of choice(optional). • Serve noodles in a bowl, top with grilled tofu & mushrooms, garnish with coriander.
