
Veg dum biryani @daawatofficial Ingredients : Basmati rice 100g 2 medium onion 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup carrot 1 cup green bell pepper 1 cup curd 4 - 5 cashews 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp cinnamon stick 2 - 3 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tsp black pepper 2 - 3 green chili 1tsp garam masala 1tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste Method 1. Wash and soak the rice for 25 min. 2. Heat the pot with water and boil the rice till its 80% done. 2. Take a large bowl then add curd, whole spices, chopped veggies and mix properly. 3. Heat oil in a kadhai and then add chopped onions. Saute well till translucent. 4. Now add the curd mixture and saute for 15 -20 min. 5. Now, add the boiled rice and cover it properly and let it cook for 10-15 mins.
