Today, #RavichandranAshwin announced his retirement from international cricket, and I couldn’t understand why! He was still in great form. After the #BorderGavaskarTrophy, @indiancricketteam is set to play a home Test series in mid-2025, and @rashwin99 record on Indian pitches has always been exceptional. While this might be Ashwin’s personal decision, it deeply saddened me. 😞 The last time I felt such heartbreak was when legends like @sachintendulkar , @virendersehwag , @souravganguly , #RahulDravid, and @mahi7781 retired. And today, Ashwin’s retirement evokes the same sorrow.
