A fan of this ever since my mom made it the first time. What's the best part is, it is super easy and super quick to cook. Presenting, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 🆁🅴🅲🅸🅿🅴 🔸Chop 2 onions, fry it and grind it when it cools. 🔸Marinate boneless chicken strips in yoghurt, green chilly paste, blended onion paste, salt, roasted gram flour, red chilly powder, haldi, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg powder, cumin powder, garam masla powder, roasted poppy seeds, oil. 🔸Mix well and marinate for 3 hours. 🔸You can smoke the marination if you want for that smoky flavour. 🔸Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers. 🔸Pan fry the skewers. 📍Meat is marinated with aromatic spices and then grilled to perfection. Note: You can cook the chicken in pan without the skewers too. Make it once and you'll crave over and over again.😋 SAVE and SHARE if you plan to make these delicious mouth-watering tikkas🤤🤤🤤 #thefooditarians #foodiesofmumbai #foodiesofinstagram #foodlove #cookinglove #cookingram #chicken #chickenrecipes #cookingwithmom #foodfoodfood #yummyinmytummy #yummyfood #yumyumyum #trending #recipe
