Ambiance is royal with every table having four thalis and a big special family thali at one corner.They have a wall framed with spices and grains. The menu changes everyday. The interior is well-lit, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. Thali serves gujrati as well as rajasthani cuisine. They rotis are hot off the press and purees are freshly deep fried. There were at least 20 different items to try. A special touch before and after dinner they bring around warm water for washing your hands. I was impressed.
