An impulsive decision, a birthday present in the form of a ticket to Delhi, & just like that, I found myself in the mountains. Manali welcomed me with unexpected snow, kind strangers & a silence so vast, it felt like a lesson. The mountains have a way of humbling you,no matter how high you go, they remind you to stay grounded. The people here are just sweet, always ready to help, and even the dogs have a way of making sure you’re never truly alone,if they see you walking solo, they simply join you. From early morning snow that melts by afternoon to the warmth of new encounters, day one already felt like a journey meant to be.
