No shortcuts, no overpowering spices—just the warmth of ghee, the aroma of basmati rice, juicy chicken, and the signature gol aloo. ❤️ Here’s how I made it: 🍗 Fried aloo marinated in salt, haldi & biriyani masala 🧅 Fried crisp golden beresta (onion) 🍖 Chicken cooked in a mix of ghee & oil, marinated with curd, ginger-garlic paste, biriyani masala & a few whole spices 🥣 Yakhni prepared from chicken stock + curd + ghee + milk 🍚 Layered with chicken, aloo, yakhni, beresta, rice, biriyani masala, ghee 💨 Topped with milk-saffron mix and put on dum for 40 mins That final spoonful?
