Ebi Tempura Maki 🍤 Devouring some of the best sushis from @soyyumindia a cloud kitchen delivering goodness from Chinar Park They've been doing some excellent varieties of sushi and dimsums. This Ebi Tempura maki came with wasabi, ginger and light soy. The Tempura prawn, crunchy asparagus, mayo were rolled in seaweed covered further with sushi rice (an inside out version of normal sushi called maki) and topped with mayo and tobiko (fish eggs). The outside was covered with tanuki or bits of tempura which gave a different texture to the rolls. The quality was impressive and portion was adequate. The packaging was good, spill proof and eco friendly. . .
