Hey Atlanta foodies!! I have recently visited @hashtagindiaatlanta . All I can say about it is A Flavor-Packed Feast! If you’re a fan of vibrant Indian fusion cuisine Hashtag India Restaurant is a must try. They had a unique mix of traditional and modern flavors. Their mandi remains the highlight, but the diverse menu – from chaats to Frankies to fusion drinks – ensures there’s something for everyone. Service was quick, ambiance was family-friendly, and prices were reasonable for the portions offered. We went all out with our order, and here’s how it stacked up: ⭐ Appetizers & Starters • Alapino Paneer: A spicy spin on the usual paneer dishes .A perfect starter for spice lovers! • Fried Momos:These momos hit the mark with their satisfying texture and well-seasoned filling. 🍛 Main Course Highlight – The Famous Mandi • Egg Mandi: This was the star of the meal. The rice was aromatic and perfectly cooked, layered with spices but complemented the egg toppings beautifully. Definitely lives up to the hype. 🌯 Wraps & Rolls • Shawarma: Juicy, well-marinated meat wrapped in soft bread with creamy sauces – satisfying and flavorful. • Veg Frankie & Paneer Burani Frankie: Both had their own charm – the paneer Bhurji version stood out with its smoky, spicy masala filling. Great for a grab-and-go meal. 🧁 Desserts & Drinks • Special Fruit Custard: A creamy, nostalgic end to the meal – loaded with fresh fruits and just the right amount of sweetness.This is the show stealer. • Kesar Pista Boba & Taro Boba: These were a surprise hit. Thats a fun Indian twist on the trending boba culture.OMG!!This fusion is too good .
