
RECIPE ALERT 🚨 AFTER LONG TIME. **Pure Homemade Hazelnut Spread** Approved by Siya and free from added sugar, jaggery, and palm oil! **Ingredients:** - 1 cup hazelnuts (de-skinned & roasted) - 2 tbsp melted butter (salted) - 2 tbsp date syrup (or any sweetener of your choice) - 2 tbsp milk powder - Pinch of pink salt - 1/4 tsp vanilla - 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder - 1/4 cup melted chocolate (dark or a blend of milk & dark) **Method:** 1. Preheat your oven to 170°C and roast the hazelnuts for about 8 minutes. Let them cool slightly and remove the skins. 2. In a small blender, add the roasted hazelnuts and blend until they break down. 3. Add melted butter, date syrup, milk powder, pink salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. Blend until smooth and well combined. 4. Transfer to an airtight jar.
