Ananad Monalisha and their 7 year old daughter Aadhya, came to us from Mumbai. It was definitely tough for them living in solitude because they had never lived in a place like this before where there are only jungles around and 0 civilization. They lived one day at a time taking it super slow fighting their fears and Blocks. But slowly and steadily they made each day count. They became such an important part of us that we could not think of doing anything without them. Anand had fluctuations with his blood pressure which slowly got stable with Simple yoga and Breathing experiences. And to our amaze of us, they attend the entire retreat which helped them to renew their energy. At times Just surrendering to something you have never done before adds up so much adventure that brings in so much value to life. It gets you out of your comfort zone to become stronger and you realise that a lot of issues within are more mentally because of the city conditions we have grown up in.
