My 8th Month old's Food journey till now: 🩵 Beetroot puree 🩵 Steamed and mashed Pear 🩵 Mashed Lichi (but not empty stomach) 🩵 Mashed Muskmelon 🩵 Mashed Apricot 🩵 Mashed Plum 🩵 Curd rice 🩵 Bottle Gaurd / lauki (same as we eat minus salt and chilly) 🩵 Mashed Rajma Rice(same as we eat minus salt and chilly) 🩵 Palak ka saag with minced Roti (same as we eat minus salt and chilly) 🩵 Drumstick and mashed potato 🩵 Sambhar rice (after introducing all veggies separately) 🩵 Veggie Uttampam (carrot, beetroot, onion tomato with pinch of black pepper) 🩵 Curd + Roti 🩵 Ghee + Mashed rice 🩵 Mashed dosa bites 🩵Dal [Masoor, Toor, Urad, Pahadi soya bean (bhatt)] 🩵 Moong dal + Daliya with veggies 🩵 Almond paste in Sooji kheer or Daliya 🩵 Bhaji with mashed roti I have given my daughter all the dishes same as we eat (means from family pot) minus salt and chilly. Steamed veggies or fruits- I always hand mashed only few weeks given puree form. While prepareing food always add garlic, hing, jeera, meethi dana as per your family eating habits to easy digestion and easy gastric issue. Share your baby's meal idea..
