Every country has its own traditional recipes  and I love to taste them all.. ***********************************We should always try to eat local food while traveling, it not oy support locals abd businesses but you might end up surprising yourself with a new favourite... for me this happened with...... Lahmachun aka turkish pizza, aka no cheese pizza. It's made of meat,peppers,onion,spices,garlic,herbs grinded to a paste, smeared on thinly rolled flat bread dough(like a Naan or thin crust pizza dough) and baked to perfection..............
