…but the day you become a mother, is the day you are born all over again! 🩵🩵 I’ve learned — slowly and sometimes the hard way — that being a mother is not about doing it all. It’s about showing up. Over and over again. Even when you’re tired. Even when you’re unsure. Even when you’re stretched so thin you think you’ll disappear. ❤️‍🩹🙈 And I’ll say this with all the love in my heart — I couldn’t have made it this far without my partner. 👫👩‍❤️‍👨 He’s not a side character in this story. He’s in it with me. Carrying, holding, remembering, stepping in — especially on days when I can’t. There’s a kind of quiet strength in a man who parents, not helps. And I see it. I value it. 🥹🥹 So no, I’m not the mom who has it all figured out. But I am the mom who is trying-to be patient, to be present, to be kind to herself.✨✨ I’m learning to celebrate the little wins: a meal loved by him, a nap that lasted longer than 20 minutes, a laugh in the middle of chaos. ⭐️😅 And I’m learning that my child doesn’t need a perfect mom — just a real one. 👸 👑 To every mom out there who’s in the thick of it — I see you. To every dad or partner who shows up fully — thank you. And to the version of me before this chapter — I miss you, but I wouldn’t trade who I am now for anything in the world. 🌍 🥰 This is the most humbling, breaking, reshaping, strengthening love I’ve ever known. 🤩🌷 And I carry it — proudly, imperfectly, completely.
