
This quarantine season I’ve Reset my relationship with FOOD. 🥦🍎🥬🥥🥗🥕🥒 . . My energy levels have sky-rocketed, I’ve lost weight in the most healthy manner and my skin is glowing ✨ . In summary, consume food in this order of quantity: Vegetables > Pulses/Plant Based Protein > Fruits > Cereals/Carbohydrate > Any other crap you want to consume (Dairy, Non-Veg, Processed and Packaged food, Sugar or sugar loaded food, .... and the list goes on) .
