The season of Ramzan marks a month of fasting, prayer & reflection. Many of our friends and colleagues are observing Ramadan fast and hopefully, you might be too. With so many options & such little time. Allow us to spice up your Ramazan as we come bearing some exciting news that will solve all your Iftari Meal problems. This evening, we had an amazing Iftar meal from @the_blue_tiffin by @chefamitpuri , where our dear friend @lipsticksandknives made sure our Iftar meal had everything from vegetarian & non-vegetarian starters, mains and a flavourful Biryani. Here’s a whole list of items that was sent to us: 1. Paneer Makhani 2. Tandoori Dahi Murgh 3. Mushroom Samosa 4. TBT Dal Makhani 5. Rampuri Taar Ghost 6. Nizami Murg Biryani 7. Roomali Roti Our personal favourites and definitely a must try were: 1. Tandoori Dahi Murgh 2. Rampuri Taar Ghost They were to die for. With the latter having absolutely perfect flavour, taste with succulent pieces of mutton to enjoy. We still remember a year back when Chef Amit's cook book was launched and gave few of his dishes a try during the lockdown. And, this time around, only a few weeks back he opened his Food Delivery Service operating from Andheri. We wish him all the luck for his venture and would love you guys to order and definitely try the delicious food from Blue Tiffin. Thank you Chef Amit and @prabyp for making our Iftari special!
