Have you visited the brand new outlet of The Rameshwaram Café at Bengaluru airport? I recently did — and honestly, the plain idli, khara bath, and coffee were really good. Considering the usual airport pricing, I felt it was better in terms of both presentation and taste compared to some of the other options available there. One small but important request to the team — It would be great if you could provide free RO water for customers. Water is such a basic and essential part of a South Indian meal, and having to request or ask around for it—especially at an airport—isn’t the best experience. I truly hope that by the time I travel next, clean drinking water is made easily available, and there’s no need for anyone to go from counter to counter asking for a simple glass of water. Wishing you all the best — and looking forward to seeing this small change soon!
