Dwaara Cafe : Whenever we travel to a city , we look forward for some homely style , rich in flavours yet a beautiful place that can bring the true essence of city to your table . Dwaara in Hyderabad does something similar with Benne and Old skool Dosa's along with some intresting food items . We were very right when we stepped into place of a fast moving tiffin space with really good quality food and they didn't disappoint. Started off with some rich aromatic filter coffee with right balance of decoction , milk and it's creaminess . Then came the Benne masala dosa and Benne open dosa . Beautiful dosa , but 2 different potato veg styles . Oneas regular other as close to mash potato . The Chutneys had their own charector and we're beautiful. Ghee karam dosa , a special masala on the dosa , also on the idli . This was quite new and very intresting . A very aromatic south indian taste with a blend of curry leaves and cumin . Had an intresting balance with ghee. Then came the show stopper - Stuffed onion Michi bajji . Damn what a plate full of flavours . That chopped onions , with chaat masala and some lemon squeeze . That's a deal breaker guys. Beautifoooool , do not miss that . Ghee podi thatte idli was good , bun butter jam was good too . It's a roadside assistance so you'll get good views across and the place is just your next hangout stop for some really really amazing food . Eat healthy ! Stay happy !!
