I went from Size 3XL to M in 18 months. Heres' what I did ⬇️ 🚫 No weight loss surgery. 🚫 No fad diets. ✅ Just real, sustainable changes. Consistency & dedication—every single day, for 18 months…and counting. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I knew my journey wouldn’t be easy. On top of that, I had high cholesterol, high BP, and borderline sugar. I had to take control—not just to lose weight but to regain my health. So, what worked for me? 🥗 Food: I started with portion control, moved to a calorie deficit, and gradually reduced my carb intake. No extremes—just mindful eating and serious tracking. 🏃♀️ Exercise: I began with 30 minutes of walking. Six months later, I was 12 kg down. Then came running & strength training—not easy, but transformative. 🧘♀️ Mindfulness & Stress Management: PCOS & stress don’t mix well. Daily meditation & mindfulness helped me stay focused, calm, and in control. And here’s what I want you to know: Each body is different. Your journey will be different from mine. What worked for me may not work exactly the same for you. And that’s okay! What truly matters is consistency, patience, and finding what fits YOUR body and lifestyle. 💡 There are no shortcuts. No magic fixes. No “fast” or “easy” way. Just consistent effort, one day at a time. Just showing up every day and doing your best. Start small. Track your food. Move your body. Stay the course. ✨ What’s one small step you can take today? Tell me in the comments! Let’s do this together! 💪⬇️ #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #pcosweightloss #fitnessmotivation
