Can we just talk about how wild the skin changes are throughout our cycle? I swear my skin is literally glowing during ovulation — smooth, radiant, and thriving (thank you, estrogen)! But then comes the luteal phase… and mine lasts over 15 days!! Like… wtf! The texture shifts, the glow dims, and the breakouts starts.
