From 100+ kgs to 25 kgs down… and this journey is far from over ✨🧿💪 Story Time: In 2023, I had gained so much weight that I crossed 100 kgs. The scariest part? When you see yourself every day, you don’t realize how much things have changed. Until your body forces you to notice. I started facing serious gut issues and eventually landed up hospitalised. That’s when my doctor told me something that really shook me: If you don’t lose weight, you won’t be able to live a fulfilling life. That moment became my wake-up call. I decided to take matters into my own hands and start working on myself. And one thing this journey has taught me is that “weight loss is never linear.” There are ups, downs, and plateaus — but with the right support system, you keep moving forward. I’m truly grateful to @askknatural for helping me stay on track. 25 kgs down in one year… and still going. Come along on this journey with me.
