
Veg Pulao — Quick, Flavourful & Full of Zoff Goodness! 🌾✨ Ingredients • 1 cup basmati rice (washed & soaked) • 1 cup mixed veggies (carrot, peas, beans, etc.) • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1 tsp garam masala • Whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon) • 2 tbsp ghee or oil • Salt to taste • 2 cups water Method 1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. 2. Add cumin and whole spices, sauté till aromatic. 3. Add chopped veggies and sauté for 2–3 mins. 4. Add soaked rice, all dry spices, and salt. 5. Pour in water, give it a good mix, and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame. 6. Let the pressure release naturally.
