
Rice Noodles without Maida In this video, I’m making a healthy version of Chinese-style noodles using rice noodles instead of maida noodles. These are lighter, gluten-free, and full of flavor! Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch idea. ✨ Ingredients used: Rice noodles Sesame oil & garlic Onion (2), Carrot (1), Capsicum (1) Vinegar, black pepper & salt Peanut butter, soy sauce, red chili powder, brown sugar, lemon juice Sesame seeds for garnish ✨ Method in short: 1. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, and capsicum in sesame oil. 2. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper — cook till veggies are soft. 3. Prepare the sauce: peanut butter + soy sauce + chili powder + brown sugar + lemon juice. 4. Boil rice noodles for 5 minutes, then mix everything together. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds & enjoy!
